About Our Partners
We're an ethically oriented company. A big part of that involves doing business primarily with other ethically oriented companies. In fact, it's something we require of our partners.
In order for a vendor, supplier, or peer to be considered our partner, their views, goals, and actions as a company must be in line with our own. We like to know that, even if one of our partners does something that we might not agree with, they took that action for the right reasons.
We don't believe in increasing short-term profits by cutting staff and reducing the quality of our services. Neither do our partners. We, and our partners, strongly believe, contrary to the majority of the business world, that the key to longevity, both in business and relationships, is to give an amount equal to what you receive. When you upset this balance, by taking more than you give, you will eventually realize that there is nothing left to take. We realize this, and this is why we will never fade away. There is truly nothing more important than providing real value to your customers and partners.

Our partners are wherever they choose to be. We're located in Parma, Ohio, just west of Cleveland, but we do business, and have partners, throughout the United States, Canada, and the UK. We will consider partnership with any business, located anywhere in the world, provided that they share our strong sense of ethics and duty to the community.

- I've been friends with Jacob Mather and Mike Carter, owners of WebOnce Technologies, for quite some time now. I don't remember exactly when I met Mike, but I've know Jacob since the middle of 2000; some time before WebOnce Technologies came into existence. I know that they are both men of high integrity and that they run their business right. During my time as a client of WebOnce Technologies, I have experienced only one single, brief, interruption of service, which was caused by a complete failure of the storage system on the server on which one of my sites was hosted. In this same timeframe, I have witnessed my friends and clients struggling with repeated outages with other hosts. WebOnce Technologies gets a huge thumbs-up in my book. Our close friendship ensures a mutually beneficial partnership, rather than mutually destructive competition; from that, we all win. WebOnce Technologies was the first Bronstrup Consulting partner and they remain, to this day, the strongest partnership we have.
