We do our best to ensure that any content for which we do not hold the copyright is used with permission. If you find your copyright works on any page of this website, please notify us immediately, via either e-mail address at the bottom of this page, and the offending entries will be verified and removed within 24 hours. Please note that claims of infringement are made under penalty of perjury; all false claims presumed to have malicious intent will be dealt with according to the laws of the appropriate jurisdiction.
Bronstrup Consulting takes copyright very seriously. Not just our own copyright, but that of others, as well. We will not tolerate deliberate and/or repeated hosting of infringing materials on our services and we do reserve the right to suspend service, with or without refund, when repeated violations of our copyright policy occur. Any refund given will be prorated in monthly increments and refunds will only be considered in cases where we are unsure whether any of the repeated violations were intentional.
With regard to DMCA Takedown Notices, we are legally required to take down any content listed in such a notice. If such a notice is received, our procedure is as follows:
- Temporarily remove the listed content
- Notify the client that the notice has been received and the content has been removed
- Investigate whether the claimant owns the copyright on the content in question
- Act in accordance with the results of our investigation, by either:
- Permanently removing the listed content and notifying you of the infringement. This may result in termination of services, with our without refund, solely at our discretion.
- Placing the listed content back online and notifying you that we have determined the claim to be perjurious. You may have legal recourse against the claimant in such situations.
Privacy Policy
At Bronstrup Consulting, we value your privacy. We will never sell or give away your personal information, except as required to provide services to you and to obtain payment for those services. We realize that privacy is more important now than it has ever been, and take every reasonable precaution to protect your personal data.
Examples of parties with whom we may share your information include:
- Partners through whom your services are being provided,
- Our financial institutions, to facilitate processing of payments,
- Parties with whom you specifically request us to share your information,
- Third party debt collectors, in the event of a substantially delinquent account,
- Law enforcement, in cases where we are legally required to do so.
If you have not specifically requested that we share your information with someone, and such sharing is not a requirement for provision of services, collection of payment for services, or legal mandate, you can rest assured that your information will be kept secure.
If you believe any part of this policy to be unreasonable, please don't hesitate to write us and explain how you would like to see this policy improved. We do listen to and care about our customers; if your request is reasonable and with cause, we will implement it.
Content Guidelines
We don't believe in censorship of any kind. That said, we aren't hosting a free-for-all, either.

- We are based in Parma, Ohio.
- Your locality
- You must obey the laws applicable to you in your locality.
Bronstrup Consulting has a duty to its law-abiding clients to maintain the integrity of our servers, as well as our business, and agrees to bear no liability for your actions. If you are found to be in violation of the laws of any of the above listed jurisdictions, your account will be terminated without refund, and the applicable authorities will be notified.
